All coffee made or sold at Valley Edge has been roasted on the premesis.
Quality Beans
We buy green Specialty Grade, Shade Grown Estate Coffee beans from around the world & Micro Roast Daily for maximum flavour & aroma.
Careful Preparation
All Valley Edge Staff undergo lenghthy training (often years) before being allowed to prepare espresso in the cafe. This ensures every cup is of the highest quality.
Blending
Our famous "Edge" House Blend is used for all milk based espresso, and is available in 250g whole bean bags, for domestic use.
